What the enquiry form collects
Accurate as of the current build, and limited to what is needed to reply with a quote:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your country and postcode, so we can quote for delivery
- The appliances you asked about — the link or model number you sent, and any note
No full address, no date of birth, and no marketing sign-up. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tags.
Checking your postcode
If you give a UK postcode, your browser sends it topostcodes.io, a free service built on Office for National Statistics open data, so we can show you the town it belongs to and confirm you typed it correctly. Only the postcode is sent — never your name, contact details or enquiry. We do not look up or store your street address.
Where it is held
Your unfinished enquiry is kept in your own browser so you can come back to it, and is discarded after 30 days or as soon as it is sent. You can clear it at any time with “Start again” on the enquiry page.
